Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains how payments are made, processed, and settled on ALLMIB. By placing an order or selling on ALLMIB, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

ALLMIB supports secure digital payments through RBI-authorized payment gateways, including:
• UPI
• Debit Cards
• Credit Cards
• Net Banking
• Wallets (as supported by the payment gateway)

Payment options may vary based on location, device, or payment partner availability.

2. Payment Processing

• All customer payments are processed by Razor Pay.
• ALLMIB does not store card details, UPI IDs, CVV, or banking credentials.
• Transactions are subject to verification and authorization by the payment gateway and issuing bank.

3. Pricing & Charges

• Product prices are listed by individual sellers.
• Prices are exclusive of taxes (GST), as mentioned on the product page.
• Delivery charges, if applicable, are displayed before checkout.
• ALLMIB reserves the right to correct pricing errors, if any.

4. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after:
• Successful payment authorization, and
• Order confirmation notification is sent to the customer

In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

5. Seller Payouts & Settlements

For sellers on ALLMIB:
• Payments collected from customers are settled to sellers after 7 days from successful order delivery.
• Settlement cycles and timelines are defined as per the Seller Agreement.
• Applicable platform fees, commissions, or deductions (if any) will be adjusted before settlement.
• Sellers must provide valid bank details and complete KYC to receive payouts.
