ALLMIB connects independent third-party sellers with buyers for products including Beauty & Personal Care, Fashion & Apparel, Handicraft & Home Décor, and Kitchenware & Home Essentials. ALLMIB does not manufacture, stock, or sell any products directly unless expressly stated.
Responsibility for product quality, accuracy of descriptions, fulfilment, warranties, and after-sales service lies solely with the respective sellers listed on the platform. ALLMIB's liability as an intermediary is limited to the extent provided under applicable Indian law.

3. CONSUMER RIGHTS (CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2019)
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, buyers are entitled to the following information before placing an order:
— Total price of goods inclusive of all applicable taxes
— Delivery timelines and applicable charges
— Return, refund, and exchange policies of the respective seller
— Seller identity, including legal name, geographic address, and customer care contact
Consumers may raise grievances through our Grievance Redressal Mechanism. Our Grievance Officer can be reached at support@allmib.com. All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within the timelines prescribed under applicable law.

5. TAXES & GST
All prices displayed on the platform are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. Tax invoices will be issued by the respective sellers in accordance with the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and applicable state GST laws.
ALLMIB does not assume liability for any tax obligations of individual sellers beyond what is prescribed under the GST (TCS) provisions applicable to e-commerce operators.
